Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality checks and record results, escalating any non-conformances to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Work safely and improve safety through plant systems, identifying and reporting near misses and food safety near misses.
- Drive plant key performance indicator (KPI) targets of cost, quality, service, hygiene, and safety, taking ownership of your zone and the plant as a whole.
- Operate using OEE data to improve cost, quality, efficiency, and reduce waste, analyzing data from Lineview to understand machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Take responsibility for maintaining good housekeeping, hygiene, and 5S/lean standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
