We are proud to offer a unique opportunity for a Graduate Support Specialist to join our EdEx team as an SEN Teaching Assistant. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social growth of our students with special educational needs (SEN).

In this rewarding role, you will collaborate closely with our experienced teachers, SENCO, and SLT to develop and implement targeted interventions that cater to the individual needs of our students.

Key Requirements:

  • 2:1 Sociology Graduate from a reputable University, or equivalent experience
  • Proven passion and drive for supporting young people, particularly those with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
