Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, valuations, and final accounts, conducting site visits and attending progress meetings, and preparing subcontractor tendering orders and cost negotiations.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong understanding of construction law and contract administration, as well as experience working on complex projects in the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
