We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our Tonbridge office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease renewals.

• Manage a portfolio of conveyancing files, ensuring timely completion and high-quality service delivery;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
• Provide expert advice and guidance on conveyancing matters, staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations;
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of [£45,000] per annum salary, depending on experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Professional qualifications in conveyancing (e.g., CILEX or Solicitor).
