We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant.

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support and companionship to our clients, assisting with personal care, household tasks, and other activities of daily living.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to support their independence and well-being.

**Providing Personal Care**: Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

**Household Support**: Assist with household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

**Companionship**: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and hobbies.

**Medication Management**: Assist clients with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.

**Safety and Security**: Ensure the safety and security of clients, including responding to emergencies and maintaining a safe living environment.

**Previous Experience**: Previous experience working in a care setting, such as a care home or domiciliary care agency.

**Qualifications**: Relevant qualifications, such as a care certificate or NVQ in care.

**Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

**Driving License**: A driving license is beneficial, but not essential.
