We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Lifton, Devon, where you will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and leadership team to create a comprehensive training needs analysis in line with mandatory requirements, individual needs, and business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Collaborate with the Training team to design and deliver effective development programmes and solutions for a range of colleagues across the site.
  2. Manage apprentice programmes, including recruitment, monitoring progress through regular reviews, and provider compliance monitoring.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 (c) FTE, a permanent, part-time position with 32 hours per week, and great benefits.
