Project Manager EUAU

At General Mills, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our EUAU team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for securing and accelerating the 3OP cost saving pipeline, managing key strategic Cost Saving projects, and developing project capabilities, best practices, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead key strategic HMM technical or technically-enabled projects from Charter stage and ensure executional excellence using the appropriate methodology and tools.
- Work with functional managers to develop project timings, resource requirements, and project success criteria.
- Track and communicate project progress to key stakeholders, including Senior Leadership team.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and ensure effective communication via clear governance process.
- Lead cross-functional root cause analysis to understand business implications and escalate roadblocks to decision-makers.
- Review and implement improvements to the Cost Saving (HMM) Project Management framework and tools to impact regional results.
- Collaborate with Marketing leads to provide guidance on adopting changes to support project management across all Launch to Win projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally within Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in Project Management methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions with project resources.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
- Strong organizational and people development skills.
- Able to lead and direct across functional teams.
- Able to work across organizational/functional boundaries.
- Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
