This role involves supporting global, local, and regional accounts in multiple therapy areas and project types, mainly in medical affairs, medical education programmes, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Create, manage, and update project timelines, and manage internal and client status meetings, scheduling, agendas, and status reports.
  • Financial Management: Understand, manage, and track specific project budgets, including all expenses, as well as manage external suppliers.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with the management and implementation of stand-alone and integrated medcomms events and materials.
Requirements:
  • Experience: MedComms or relevant agency project management experience is ideal, but a few years' experience in a similar project management role will be considered.
  • Organisation Skills: Supreme organisation skills are required to juggle multiple tasks with absolute accuracy, taking control of your daily schedule and the milestones of the projects you're working on.
  • Interest in Healthcare: An interest in health science is essential, as all projects will be focused on healthcare products and education that will make a difference to the lives of people with various conditions.
  • Global Collaboration: Experience working with colleagues and clients in different locations is necessary, as many meetings will be with people in other parts of the world.
  • Hybrid Working: A strong preference for hybrid working is required, with a need to collaborate in person with colleagues and ideally be in the office 3-4 days per week.
