Groundskeeper

Roxby House is seeking a Grounds Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing gardens, activity areas, and grounds to ensure a high quality, safe, and secure provision for the people we support, team members, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and develop gardens, activity areas, and grounds
* Ensure a high quality, safe, and secure provision for the people we support, team members, and visitors
* Understand and follow Health & Safety guidance and ensure that practices and procedures are conducted in line with our Health and Safety policy

Requirements:

* Experience of horticulture and ground work
* Good knowledge of gardening and equipment

About the Role:

We are looking for applications from individuals with a strong all-round knowledge and skill base experience across all areas of horticulture and ground maintenance to support 4 of our residential services within a 16-mile radius.
