Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Gas Breakdown Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in domestic heating system maintenance and repair, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and repairing domestic heating systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Participating in out-of-hours works, including overtime and call-outs as required.

Requirements:

  • A recognised formal training qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent ACS qualifications, such as CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT LPG, UNVENTED.
  • Understanding of gas legislation and regulations.
  • A full driving license and ability to work flexibly with a diverse range of customers.
  • An understanding of Health and Safety practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage own time and workload effectively.
