Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join our client's team for a permanent night shift position. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating HAAS lathes to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate HAAS lathes to manufacture components to exact tolerances based on technical drawings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient in setting up and operating CNC lathes, with programming experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with HAAS control systems is preferred; experience with Fanuc is also acceptable.
  • Skilled in the use of inspection and measuring tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • Dedicated to producing components with tight tolerances.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with 4th and 5th axis machining is an advantage.
