We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach to join our team at PureGym in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our fitness team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience and helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: 12 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours
  • Benefits: Contracted salary, guaranteed hours, holiday allowance, birthday off, funded First Aid qualification, free gym membership for yourself and a friend or family member, career development with management training programmes, and group exercise initial training and continual upskill opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver inductions, teach classes, and maintain the upkeep of the gym floor
  • Provide an exceptional member experience, ensuring safe enjoyment of our gyms

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
