The Brand Manager is a key role within Valeo Foods, responsible for delivering brand plans within a category group that encompasses both Valeo-owned and retailer-owned brands. This individual will be the leader and steward of initiatives within the brand plans, driving business results and shaping the brand's future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hit or beat budget targets on the category group
  • Strong stewardship of initiatives within the brand plans
  • Strong monthly reporting on initiatives (board-level standards)
  • Contribution to building a "Valeo Brand Building Framework" and ensuring consistent use
  • Contribution to the annual strategy review
  • Leadership of quarterly updates on initiatives
  • Strong marketing budget compliance and optimization (Core marketing, ASOH, shopper marketing)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Representation of the brand externally, especially with retailers
  • Overseeing and inspiring the "Consumer is Boss" plan (regular connections with consumers)
