Job SummaryAs a key member of the management board, you will work closely with the COO and CEO to shape and execute the financial strategy of the business. This new role is designed to strengthen the financial management and ensure robust financial systems and controls are in place.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support long-term objectives. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards. Ensure the financial management and reporting processes are robust and efficient.
