Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physical Education to students at KS3 and KS5 in a well-resourced department.

The school is a Good mixed school located in Stevenage with excellent transport links and oversubscribed with able students.

With a history of academic excellence, a well-above Progress 8 score, and exceptional senior leadership, we offer a supportive and challenging environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess Physical Education lessons to students at KS3 and KS5
  • Hold a formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE)
  • Be legally able to work in the UK

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
