We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pastry chef to join our team as a Pastry Chef de Partie at First Contact Chefs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of chefs to produce high-quality desserts for conferences, events, and afternoon tea. They will work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menus, and ensure that all desserts meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and teamwork skills, as well as good planning and time management skills. They should also be flexible and willing to learn, and have a passion for creating delicious desserts. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as live-in accommodation, leisure facilities, one free meal per shift, uniform provided, generous discount for you and your family/friends, annual overnight loyalty stays, holiday entitlement, and excellent training and development opportunities.
