About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Gi Group Operations. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts.
  • Recruitment Services: Provide comprehensive recruitment solutions for temporary and permanent staff, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a sales and recruitment role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to think creatively, strong negotiation skills, and a talent for sales.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
