Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the store's overall business objectives.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting tills and securing the store.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
