Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

We are excited to be working with a well-established wealth management firm that provides holistic financial services to their valued client base. Due to growth, a position has become available for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.

This role offers excellent development opportunities, working closely with the advisers and paraplanning team to provide support. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing new applications and suitability reports
  • Writing suitability reports and annual reviews
  • Dealing with client queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Obtaining quotes and valuations from product providers
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • General administration duties to support the team
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of financial services
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience of Xplan is preferred but not essential
