Master Production Scheduler Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Production Scheduler to join our client's Production and Operations Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust master production scheduling system, utilizing EFACS ERP architecture to analyze changes in demand and their impact on related production and supply chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a master production scheduling system to analyze changes in demand and their impact on production and supply chain requirements.
  • Develop a strategy and implementation plan to create a planning and scheduling capability to identify long, mid, and short-term production requirements.
  • Develop planning and scheduling tools to translate forecast demand into production requirements.
  • Create and maintain the master production schedule for the company order book and monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
  • Generate regular reports on order status, production progress, and inventory levels.
  • Identify potential scheduling problems and work with relevant departments to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of the EFACS ERP system, specifically the planning module.
  • At least 10 years' experience in manufacturing planning.
  • Excellent influencing, decision-making, and leadership skills at all levels.
  • Experience of embedding cultural change and driving continuous improvement.
