Civil Engineering Degree Apprenticeship in Birmingham
Getting In Limited is seeking a Civil Engineering Degree Apprentice to join our Water Asset Management team in Birmingham. This role involves working with water companies to assess the condition and performance of water and wastewater systems. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the development of sustainable operation and maintenance strategies for water and wastewater systems.

About the Role

You will be involved in taking concepts and ideas from architects or engineers and creating software drawings and designs.

  • Assessing the condition and performance of water and wastewater systems
  • Developing software drawings and designs
  • Working with water companies to identify solutions for sustainable operation and maintenance strategies

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive training program that includes studying a Civil Engineering degree apprenticeship at Coventry University and completing an End Point Assessment with the Institution of Civil Engineers. You will also have access to a bespoke internal development program, as well as support from your team, line manager, mentor, and buddy.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for civil engineering and a desire to learn, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,500 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
