About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Tesco, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure the overall appearance of the store meets our high standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks its best.
Requirements
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Basic maths skills and attention to detail.
