MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Ernest and Florent, a forward-thinking cost and project management construction consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for running a full range of projects across various sectors, including Private Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel, and Life Sciences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP/M&E experience, with a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree. Preferably, the candidate will hold MRICS status. The successful candidate will also have experience within the built environment and private practice/consultancy sectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading MEP projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages
  • Developing and implementing cost management strategies
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Providing expert advice on MEP-related matters

In return, Ernest and Florent offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000, car/travel allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working, life insurance, critical illness cover, competitive pension scheme, and bonus scheme.
