About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Anchor. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Job Description

The Care Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing shifts, managing staff assignments, conducting medication procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure that our residents receive top-notch care consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily shift operations, including staffing and resource allocation
  • Conducting regular medication procedures and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Collaboration with the Deputy Manager to implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in care or equivalent
  • Experience in a care leadership role, preferably in an elderly care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to residents
