Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the manufacture of products and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the production team
  • Drive process improvements and improve production efficiency
  • Manage equipment maintenance and calibration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in a relevant scientific subject
  • Experience in mammalian cell, E.coli or Yeast production
  • Industry experience using bioreactors (50L or above)
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality systems
  • Experience in manufacturing and process improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
