About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our team at Chapelhouse Motor Group. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve group sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to ensure the sales team is well-informed and equipped to meet customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team, service department, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving license with less than 6 points for insurance purposes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong sales background, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends and competitor activity
  • A passion for cars and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
