About the Role

This position involves working with emerging technologies like Conversational AI and Gen AI to bring innovative solutions to Contact Centre environments.

Your Responsibilities

As a VUI designer, you will collaborate with Business and Operations SMEs to understand business goals, customer needs, and desired customer experiences. You will incorporate this knowledge with your language skills to design Virtual user experiences, including how Bots interact with end customers. These designs can be applied to Voice, Chat, Email, Social Media, or other digital channels.

Requirements
  • Business Analyst experience in gathering customer requirements
  • Contact centre transformation experience
  • IVR/Chatbot design experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Language proficiency in English, Spanish, German, or French
Security Clearance

To be eligible for this role, you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, but further checks may be required if you have resided outside the UK within the last 3 years.
