Senior Architect Opportunity at Rolfe Judd Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality buildings across a range of project scales and complexities.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Architect with excellent design, technical, and communication skills to take on a leadership role within our team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources, communicating with clients and construction teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality buildings across a range of project scales and complexities through RIBA Stages 3-4.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with UK planning policy, building regulations, technical design standards, and legislation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of post-Part III (ARB registered) UK work experience, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of delivering high-quality buildings across a range of project scales and complexities.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to manage, coordinate, and prioritize resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Autocad.
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and experience.
  • Continued Professional Development (CPD) in line with the Building Safety Act.
