Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Pharmacy Informatics service, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of the Pharmacy Stock Control System and other digital products used within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the Pharmacy Stock Control System, ensuring safe and effective pharmacy support to the dispensary and adult wards.
  • Develop and maintain departmental and service policies and procedures relating to pharmacy stock control system and other digital medicines operations/processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports from the Pharmacy Stock Control system for Finance and Trust directorates.
  • Support the performance monitoring of the Pharmacy Informatics service and driving best work flows.
