We're currently seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Hamilton team and drive business growth through expert advice and guidance.

The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive remuneration package, including a base salary of $NZD 115,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, regular performance reviews, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the success of our projects by:

  1. providing expert advice on cost planning, budgeting, and risk management;
  2. leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects;
  3. developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  4. staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • a degree in quantity surveying or a related field;
  • at least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a leadership role;
  • excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills;
  • ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • experience with industry software and systems.
