About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Let Me Play. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering fun and engaging sports activities to children aged 5-12 during our holiday camps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality sports sessions that are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
  • Develop and implement coaching programs that meet the needs of our participants
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure their child's needs are met
Requirements
  • Experience in coaching or leading sports activities for children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
