About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis team in Coventry. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with individuals and their families to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including CBT and trauma-focused therapies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Doctoral level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
  • Current registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Knowledge of CBT and trauma-focused therapies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
