About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find the perfect products
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers
  • Work effectively in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries
  • Take ownership of your development and contribute to a positive team environment

About You

We're looking for a great communicator who is always looking for ways to help. If you're friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days, and excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, we'd love to hear from you.

What's Next

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
