We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for contributing to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide training and support to staff on psychological interventions

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology
  • Experience of working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
