Job Title: Disability Assessor

At Maven Consulting Group Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Disability Assessor to join our team. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals understand how their disability or health condition affects their daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out client assessments to gather information about their experiences and daily life challenges.

  • Use your insights to produce factual reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for benefits.

Requirements:

  • You must be an NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with 1 year or more broad post-registration experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

  • You must be comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health.

What We Offer:

  • An excellent starting salary at £37,800pa.

  • A 10% bonus, equivalent to £3,780+ yearly; paid in one lump sum.

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 4.30pm working hours.

  • Full-time and part-time positions available (3, 4 or 5 days per week).

  • Annual leave, bank holidays, and the ability to buy or sell 10 more days.

  • Pension and hybrid/home working available.
