Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Dagenham, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.

• Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment to meet production targets.
• Product Assembly: Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Production Management: Ensure production targets and deadlines are met, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support Functions: Assist with stock management and packing of products, and perform other tasks as required.

• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, meet production targets, and possess strong organizational skills.
• Physical Demands: Physical fitness for manual handling tasks is required.
• Availability: Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, and ability to work as part of a team.
