Private Equity Investment Professional

The role of a Private Equity Investment Professional at Neuberger Berman involves working across all core private equity strategies, leveraging multiple disciplines to create diversified portfolios of private equity funds.
This includes primary investments, making commitments to premier private equity funds, and creating diversified portfolios on a global basis. Co-investments involve investing directly into attractive deals alongside premier private equity firms, focusing on building high-quality, diversified portfolios primarily in buyouts and growth financings.
- Conducting due diligence analysis of primary and secondary private equity fund investments and co-investments in single portfolio companies.
- Supporting the team in due diligence research, industry, company, and manager analysis.
- Performing valuation analysis of private equity portfolios and private companies.
- Preparing due diligence materials and investment committee memos.
- Maintaining relationships with partners and other investment professionals of private equity firms.
- Due diligence on private equity funds and portfolio company opportunities.

- Collaboration with colleagues to gather information for investment decisions.
- Relevant experience within reputable Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity firms.
