As a Senior Commercial Professional, you will be responsible for leading our commercial management functions in Cambridgeshire, working closely with directors to drive business growth and regional success. Key Accountabilities- Manage the production of CVRs, workforce planning, and final account preparation for various projects
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance commercial performance and drive business growth
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior or Managing QS on new build projects over £10 million, as well as a degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or comparable qualification.
