Main Responsibilities

The Hogan Store Supervisor is responsible for working under the direction of the Store Manager. The primary goal is to implement all assigned functions and contribute to generating sales and revenue for the company. This role requires a blend of skill, competency, and dedication. The Hogan Supervisor often attends various training programs (sales, collections, procedures) and should possess strong verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.

Key Functions
  • Compliance and Tasks: The Hogan Supervisor complies with Hogan policies and procedures and completes all assigned tasks by the Store Manager.
  • Customer Interaction: The role involves interacting with customers and convincing them to make purchases, along with giving product presentations. The Hogan Supervisor should communicate professionally with diplomacy and tact.
  • Merchandise Management: The Hogan Supervisor exchanges merchandise for customers, places special orders/reservations, calls other stores to find desired items, recommends selects and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Sales Targets and Display: The Hogan Supervisor meets assigned sales targets and deadlines, maintains the proper display of goods in the store, and ensures compliance with quality standards. They also keep track of new products and prices in the store.
  • Stock Replenishment and Record Keeping: The Hogan Supervisor replenishes all necessary items on display and when required, analyzes sell-thru activity to replenish stock, adjusts display, and keeps a record of department merchandise.
  • Inventory and Training: The Hogan Supervisor actively organizes and participates in store inventories, attends sales training activities, and trains new recruits.
  • Team Player: The Hogan Supervisor maintains knowledge of current collections and press releases and is a team player that develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

The Hogan Supervisor should have strong verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
