Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases of residential property, re-mortgages, and other related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of residential property, re-mortgages, and other related matters.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on residential conveyancing matters.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of conveyancing services to our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in residential conveyancing law and practice, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the law and practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
