Catering Team Member Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Catering Team Member to join our team at Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park in Suffolk. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen team.
  • Help with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
  • Assist in dishwashing and cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of meal preparation.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
