About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Solicitor to join our team at Valia Recruitment Solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice on occupational health, employment law, and HR law to clients across various industries.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, ensuring that clients receive the latest guidance and advice.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 0-5 years' experience as a solicitor, preferably in commercial law or occupational health.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety law, employment law, and HR law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work products and meeting deadlines.
