An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join Herrera Homes Limited, a reputable open market housebuilder in the North West region. As a Roving Assistant Site Manager, you will have the chance to gain experience on all areas of the build, working with a Contracts Manager who has won multiple NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.
About the Role:
- Assist the Contracts Manager in the delivery of high-quality housebuild projects
- Gain experience on front-end elements of the build, including footings, drainage, slab, and super-structure
- Work on 1st, 2nd, and final handover on plots being built over 26 weeks on sites with a limited number of plots (20-25 per year)
- Learn from different managers across 2-3 sites, all within reach of each other
