Job Summary:

Crown Family Church is seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Pastor to support the Senior Pastor in leading the church community. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for discipleship, a gift for teaching and preaching, and a desire to see individuals grow in their faith and engage with the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sermons regularly during Sunday services and other church gatherings.
  • Provide sound biblical teaching in line with the church's vision and values.
  • Lead and facilitate discipleship programs to help church members grow in their faith.
  • Oversee the church's small group ministry, ensuring it aligns with the church's vision and goals.
  • Develop and lead outreach initiatives to engage with the local community.
  • Provide pastoral support and counselling to church members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of small group activities, discipleship progress, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in community engagement and outreach activities.

What We Offer:

This role offers flexibility with remote working, but travel to Epsom and surrounding areas will be required. Attendance at Sunday services, midweek meetings, and occasional evening events will be essential.
