We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at CBRE Local UK. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely management of the Compliance system, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely management of the Compliance system
- Process all requests and documentation thoroughly
- Liaise with internal engineering team and contractors
- Collate accident and incident information for the wider site
- Attend regular site meetings with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- Microsoft Office working knowledge specific to Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Accountabilities:

- Reporting to Account Manager
- PPM scheduling
- Management of Compliance documentation
- Corrective actions following PPM reports, audits, and insurance inspections
