We are seeking exceptional Support Workers to join our team at FitzRoy, where we provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in Malvern.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and aspirations. Your day will be varied and rewarding, with opportunities to engage in activities such as shopping, crafts, and leisure pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with their personal care, such as showers and baths
  • Encouraging and enabling individuals to participate in activities and interests
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • A UK Manual Driving License is essential for this position
  • Ability to work a rota covering various shifts, including weekends
  • Part-time and full-time positions available, including 37.5 hours per week
