Claims Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Handler to join our Domestic Major Loss team in London/Redhill. As a Claims Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting our adjusters in handling domestic claims of significant value and complexity.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Utilize first-class communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders and parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, complete case enquiries, and maintain electronic files to a high auditable standard
- Provide assistance on site, including minute taking of meetings, preparation of action plans, and taking statements/photographs as directed
- Accurately record daily time, delivering a high proportion of chargeable hours demonstrating technical competence
- Confidence and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills and ability to maintain electronic files to a high auditable standard
- Ability to liaise and build effective working relationships with internal product lines/departments
- Desire and ability to deliver customer service at a very high level and meet our goal of making claims easy for everyone
