Junior Tennis Trader Role

BettingJobs is currently working with an established sports betting company based in the UK who are seeking a Junior Tennis Trader to join their team.

As a Junior Tennis Trader, you will be responsible for pricing and trading tennis matches and utilize your expert knowledge to handle tennis-related queries.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a quantitative subject and a strong interest and extensive knowledge of tennis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pricing and trading for tennis matches.
  • Create the best possible level of tennis trading service by releasing prices early and keeping in-play markets live wherever possible.
  • Create the most accurate prices possible and optimize the bet value to revenue conversion rates by using the best possible pricing and trading techniques.
  • Monitor liabilities and move prices based on shrewd client trades and competitor market moves.
  • Accurately build and settle markets and book telephone bets, ensuring mistakes are kept to a minimum.

Requirements:

  • Be passionate about Tennis and have strong knowledge in all aspects of the sport.
  • Strong numerical skills with a sharp betting/trading brain.
  • Be prepared to work early/late/night shifts to tie in with when the live Tennis matches are taking place.
