Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Youth Wellbeing Specialist to join our team as a Floating Support Counsellor. In this role, you will provide confidential counselling services to young people in post-primary schools across Belfast and County Down. Your expertise will help students overcome emotional wellbeing challenges and safeguarding needs.

About the Job
  • You will work closely with school staff to ensure the counselling service integrates effectively with pastoral care.
  • Promote the counselling service to students, parents, and staff.
  • Deliver group sessions where needed and liaise with external agencies.
