We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Pharma Industry Transformation Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic client acquisition and providing long-term support for clients in the pharma industry.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning complex sales and a deep understanding of the pharma industry's needs and challenges. A strong network of decision-makers within the sector and experience in consultative selling professional services are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand your network of decision-makers in the pharma industry to generate leads and gather information.
  • Leverage your knowledge of market trends and innovations to add value to discussions and inspire clients.
  • Drive strategic client acquisition for Zühlke, fortifying our market position.
  • Be perceived by customers as a trusted companion, guiding them through solution-oriented consulting, proposal creation, negotiation, and successful closing.
Requirements
  • A network of decision-makers within the pharma industry.
  • A deep understanding of the pharma industry's needs and challenges, including digital transformation trends.
  • Extensive experience in consultative selling professional services, with a proven track record of winning complex sales over several years.
  • A keen interest in technology and its transformative potential in the pharma industry.
  • A university degree in medicine or technology.
